This 5,000 sq. ft. park was the Eagle Scout project of Clark Gudas and his supportive family. By using a variety of methods, including door to door campaigning and receiving a prestigious Tony Hawk Foundation award, he was able to accomplish the building of the first phase. On Opening Day, skate shops from all over Indiana donated used and new boards, wheels, and accessories to spruce up the Winamac community with new rides. It was an amazing site- thanks to all who contributed and helped at the Board Rehab!
3,000 square feet of the design was built in the summer of 2014. Although it is a small park, it contains numerous creative features and elevation changes that allow for many different lines and creative skating. It might be best described as a flow park with pole jam style rails and street inspired elements throughout.
Skatepark located at 15th and North Market.
