Spring/Summer 2014

This northern Indiana town is an honored example of community involvement and the DIY attitude that gets it done. We were thrilled to be work closely with the organizer Steve Anderson, local contractors, and volunteers that came from all over Indiana to help. This fun flow and street park features a snake run, large volcano, skateable granite bolder, and a large skateable sulpture with mosaics and a 5′ skateboard with embedded glass. It was designed for maximim use, with multiple possible lines available for each feature. One skateboarder commented “You can put your board down anywhere in the park, kick once, and get enough speed to get anywhere you want to go. That is how well it is designed and built.”
